SHIPPING ORIGIN
All orders are shipped from Canada. We offer both standard and express shipping options, with fixed rates based on parcel size and destination.

Express Shipping (Courier)
Handled by UPS or FedEx

📌 Note: “Small” parcels typically include accessories or light garments. “Medium” may include folded clothing or small framed artwork. “Large” is for bulkier items or larger artworks.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $350 CAD (before tax) within Canada and the United States.
PROCESSING TIMES
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These are not included in our shipping fees.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to assist you with a replacement or insurance claim, depending on the shipping method selected.

All shipping services used by Masha Lamzina Studio provide a tracking number. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders may be combined and the shipping fees will be adjusted unless otherwise requested.
Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. If you want a faster delivery or other types of delivery – don’t hesitate to contact us before buying.
Masha Lamzina Studio will ship your purchase to all worldwide destinations subject to delivery availability.
In case of completing the checkout process via Invoice Gateway we will manually check shipping availability to your country of residence.
Shipping Disruptions (Canada Post)
We primarily use Canada Post for regular shipping within Canada and internationally. From time to time, Canada Post services may experience disruptions due to labour actions, weather events, or other unforeseen issues.
In the event of a Canada Post disruption:
• Orders may be delayed beyond our usual estimated delivery times.
• We will communicate clearly if your order is affected.
• During major disruptions, we may offer only premium shipping options at checkout.
• You will always have the option to upgrade to an alternative courier for faster or guaranteed delivery.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during such times. If you need time-sensitive delivery, we recommend choosing the Express Shipping option at checkout.

Returns
All returns must be authorised by us before sending merchandise back. Simply send request to [email protected] within 7 days of the order’s delivery date. Merchandise marked sale cannot be returned. Returns are not accepted for made-to-order items.
The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Masha Lamzina Studio.
Original shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment (to the same credit card used for payment by customer) for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the Masha Lamzina Studio. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
Please be aware that international customs duties are not refunded for shipments outside Canada. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information and to ensure that the returned goods arrive to Masha Lamzina studio within the above stated timeframe.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant couriers airway bills and documentation. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage / transport where the item returned is faulty.

Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Paypal checkout
- By debit/credit cards: Visa, Mastercard.
Alternatively: via Invoice Gateway. Use this alternative checkout option if you have any issues with the main payment gateway. After receiving your order we will manually send you an invoice and payment/shipping options available.

When paying for the order with a credit card, payment processing (including entering the card number) is managed on a secure page of the processing system that has passed international certification. This means that your confidential private data (card details, registration info e.t.c.) is not received by our website, the processing procedure is completely protected and no one, including our website, can receive personal or banking data of the client.
The information security standard – Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), developed by international payment systems Visa and MasterCard is applied when accessing a credit card data to ensure secure processing of details of the holder’s credit card. Applied data transmission technology guarantees security for transactions with credit cards by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), Verified by Visa, Secure Code, and secured banking networks with the highest degree of protection.
