Shipping & Returns
All shipping services used by Masha Lamzina provide a tracking number. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders may be combined and the shipping fees will be adjusted unless otherwise requested.
Please allow up to three business days (not including weekends or holidays) for us to process your order. Processing time is required so that we can review your order information and prepare it for shipping. Kindly note that dispatch times may increase during high demand periods.
Currently we provide free standard worldwide shipping on all orders by Russian Post. All orders over $300 will be shipped by the faster service – EMS Russian Post. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. If you want a faster delivery for items under $300 or other types of delivery – don’t hesitate to contact us before buying.
Masha Lamzina will ship your purchase to all worldwide destinations subject to Russian Post delivery availability.
For shipments outside of Russia, please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.
All returns must be authorised by us before sending merchandise back. Simply send request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the order’s delivery date. Merchandise marked sale cannot be returned.
The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Masha Lamzina.
Original shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the Masha Lamzina studio. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside Russia. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information and to ensure that the returned goods arrive with Masha Lamzina within the above stated timeframe. Please note that Masha Lamzina does not accept liability for returned goods.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant couriers airway bills and documentation. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage / transport where the item returned is faulty.
